Pork cheeks braised slowly until they are exceptionally soft and juicy, with a lightly browned crust. We serve them with roasted potatoes and vegetables - red onion, Brussels sprouts, broccoli and yellow green beans - and a demi-glace sauce with porcini mushrooms in a separate jar. A complete, warming main course for a Christmas dinner for two - just heat and serve.
